Spreading Cheer in Maryland Heights – Whisper Hollow Apartments

It’e easy to forget how important the work you do everyday affects and is appreciated by other people.  What may seem like a routine procedure can mean something more to the residents we serve.

A resident at Whisper Hollow Apartments was so impressed with the work and attention she received regarding a maintenance request, that she insisted his efforts be recognized.  Little did she know that Banner is a company about People and we love sharing the successes of our employees!

Her message read, “Thank you for my previous maintenance issue. I would also like to ask if you could thank Devon, the one who fixed my dishwasher as well as gave me advice about it. Everything is now running smoothly and cleanly.”

Thank you, Devon, for the work you do everyday and the attention to detail and professionalism that is seen by those we serve.  And thank you EVERYONE for the work you put in daily to make our communities the best places to live.  Have a safe and joyous Holiday Season!

More Maintenance Mania from Greenway!

While Greenway at Carol Stream may have given us a taste of what was in store for their amazing maintenance team, see below for all they planned.  Way to go everyone!

MAINTENANCE ROCKS WEEK kicked off at the Greenway at Carol Stream the week of Sept. 22nd.  The rock stars were given the star recognition they deserve with a poster size print at our front entrance, as well as glittering back drops.  Their maintenance office had the appropriate lavish touches made to it and daily surprises were left for the boys each day.  Residents and Contractors reached out with cards, treats and gift cards for them.  Some of the festivities included a Resident Breakfast in their honor, a Sundae Bar, Lou Malnati’s Pizza Day, Giftcards and well deserved PTO.
