We are so excited to announce that we have received a letter today from ApartmentRatings.com that we have received the 2013 Top Rated Property Award. We have been working very diligently to increase our ratings. Kudos to my awesome, dedicated staff for achieving this goal! Since Banner has rolled out Satisfacts The Enclave has notice a steady increase in our ratings. Thank you Satisfacts for helping us achieve this goal!

….what an accomplishment !!! To come from where they were (about a 25% approval rate early on) to where they are is nothing short of amazing. I know Satisfacts is helping drive this up but it really is more about our people. Think about it….Satisfacts is going out and reaching almost everyone that we “touch” so there are so many opportunities to say negative things if they’d like. I feel like this is reaching everyone and we’re finally getting a true gauge of how we are doing….obviously they are doing fantastic !!
