Congrats to our Maintenance Professionals who got together in St. Louis (this was team members from Dallas, Kansas City, and St. Louis) for a 2012 kickoff! We had a great time seeing everyone and had two productive days talking about the company’s business goals for 2012 and your BIG role in meeting those goals.
In addition, we worked together to solve challenges at each community, talk over more effective ordering and scheduling, networking, team building, sharing ideas, discussing fair housing, effective customer service, and training. Whew – very full, informative, and fun days.
We really appreciated your involvement – attending AND actively participating. We always value your input – you have such great experience and knowledge to share. Thanks for a terrific two days! See you in the fall for a breather after the summer leasing season. Here comes Spring – go!
