The 2012 Maintenance and Service Teams from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio kicked off their year at our Northbrook office in January!  Our agenda was pretty packed.  We talked about financial and budget information for 2012, policy and procedure best practices, team building techniques, fair housing, more efficient ordering and scheduling, fair housing, and training.  In addition, Colleen facilitated some great sessions whereby our team members got the chance to “brag” about what they had accomplished AND were able to solicit solutions to the challenges they are experiencing at their properties.

Of course the best time of the day was lunch sponsored by HD Supply (thank you!), and going outside in 50-degree temps in Chicago in January to do some team building activities to prove that working together as a team CAN and must be done to achieve great results.

Soon, we are off to St. Louis to have a great time with our teams from Missouri, Kansas and Texas!

Already looking forward to the next ones in the fall!   Great job everyone, cheers to a successful 2012!!

McDowell Place in Naperville Illinois did great with a Total Score of 98.5 and a Benchmark of 100%!  The shopper said that the leasing associate was warm, friendly, and outgoing….She pointed out features that were important to me….She was focused and professional….She had a pleasant voice….She discussed the maintenance staff and Banner Property Management and all the great changes that were made….she did a great job of touring both the community and the apartment…. The shopper said that he would have leases at McDowell Place!  Wonderful Job McDowell!

At Whisper Hollow in Maryland Heights Missouri they received a Total Score of 97% and a Benchmark of 100%! Great! The shopper said the leasing associate was very pleasant and outgoing….She was thorough and organized….She was prepared for my visit and discussion….She was energetic, outgoing, and talked highly of Banner Management Company….She did a great job of showing the community and seemed proud of the fact that she worked there…. The shopper said that she would have definitely leased from the leasing associate!  Great Job Whisper!

Over at Stonegate Apartments in Manchester Missouri they received a Total Score of 94.5% and a Benchmark of 100%!  Nice!  The shopper said that the leasing associate was very friendly both on the telephone and on-site….Her attitude was very positive and was smooth in her presentation….She was very complete in her explanations and came off as being very professional….I got the impression she was very experienced….The visit was very enjoyable….The shopper said that he would have leased at Stonegate!  Good Job Stonegate!!
